KeepCent is provided "as is", without warranties. Results are informational and not professional advice.
Calculators and guides
The calculators estimate Etsy fees from the rates Etsy publishes, checked on the date shown on each page. Your Etsy statement is the final word. Nothing on this site is tax, legal or accounting advice. VAT and GST on fees use standard national rates that Etsy does not publish.
Statement analyzer and paid export
The statement analyzer is free. It processes the file you choose in your browser and does not upload it. The optional paid accountant export is a one-time purchase (price shown at checkout) that unlocks a printable PDF summary, an Excel workbook and a CSV of what is in your own statement file, generated in your browser. It is a summary of your data, not tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not file anything with a tax authority.
What you get
- Monthly totals by fee category, every statement line with its assigned category, and a VAT on fees summary.
- An unlock that works on the browser where you paid, and on another browser through the private link shown after payment. No account, no subscription.
Refunds
If the export does not open, or its totals do not match your own statement file, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. A refunded order stops unlocking the export. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
